Sumptuous lounges, deep-seated armchairs and nests of marble coffee tables, ensure both residents and guests enjoy the comfort and ambience provided. Open gas fireplaces, with ‘floating’ seal and timber-clad flues, echo the ’70s yet provide the creature comfort required today. The series of organic-shaped concrete planters create a rhythm within the lobby and strengthen the connection to the outdoors and to St Kilda Road’s leafy boulevard
